Yesterday evening I recieved an email from UCF saying:
The Rosen College of Hospitality Management has just updated and added seminars for your upcoming program! Please take a moment to UPDATE your seminar choice for the first two seminars that UCF will be enrolling you in. To facilitate your enrollment in your classes, we are asking that you do the following:
Review the 10 Rosen College seminars described below
Select your top 2 class choices that you would like to take from the AM session list below AND your top 2 class choices from the PM session session list below
Reply to this email with YOUR listing of seminars that you would be interested in taking along with your full name by October 2, 2007.
AM SESSIONS (pick your top 2)
Hospitality Brand Management
Leadership and Strategic Management
Guest Service Management
Theme Park Management
Financial Management for Non-Accountants
Event Management
Introduction to Vacation Ownership
PM SESSIONS (pick your top 2)
Hospitality Brand Management
Leadership and Strategic Management
Guest Service Management
Survey of Wines of the World

Every effort made to place you in your top choices. You will take 2 eight week seminars beginning on October 20th and 2 additional eight week seminars that will begin in January, 2008. You will select the 2 additional seminars once you arrive to UCF.
Also, a friendly reminder: It is important that you bring the $2000 program fee with you upon your arrival in Orlando if you are not paying in advance through a wire transfer. You can pay by cash, international money order (made payable to UCF-Rosen College), or credit card. Payment is necessary upon your first day at UCF if not prior.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this important detail. We are excited that you will be joining our program and looking forward to seeing you very soon!
I chose Theme Park Management and Event Management for AM and Guest Service Management and Food and Beverage Operations for PM. I don't really mind which I get though.
Today I recieved my passport back with my visa stamp in it. So I'm nearly ready to go.
